Diagnostics typically take 48–72 hours once we receive your equipment. After diagnostics, we provide a repair estimate and timeline. Most repairs are completed within a few business days after you approve the work, depending on parts availability.
Yes. We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor for completed repairs. The exact warranty period depends on the type of repair and components used, and we clearly outline this on your estimate and invoice.
We service a wide range of espresso machines, coffee machines, and grinders, including equipment from Terra Kaffe, La Pavoni, Musso, Nemox, SM, Illy, BUNN, Antunes, Hatco, Waring Commercial, and many other manufacturers.
Yes. We regularly service equipment for cafés, restaurants, offices, and other commercial locations. We can coordinate equipment drop-off, pickup, or shipping depending on your needs.
The $30 diagnostic fee is credited toward your repair if you choose to have the work completed by MAAS ELEKTRO. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee simply covers the evaluation time.
We recommend calling ahead so we can confirm capacity and provide drop-off instructions. However, if you are in the area, you can bring your machine during business hours and our team will guide you through the check-in process.
